bungie is retarded for banning simple things like weaponless or more tanks on maps and other things besides they have allready blocked all of the AR stuff except game types and that makes no sence why they would block that to. If having modified junk on the ar for game types that should be allowed because bungie highly supported halo ce didnt they and isnt halo CE the same thing MODIFIED HALO a.k.a. CUSTOM EDITION???
THERE IS A QUESTION FOR YOU BUNGIE YOU IDIOTS
i have a friend that is a modder thevidkid, and one thing that most non modders do not understand is that action replay is needed to transfer your modded map files to your xbox. Bungie needed to ban action replay totally as well to stop that. Just like they are seeking out alot of the distributors of modded content and shuting them down.

Xbox Live may only be accessed with an unmodified, except for Microsoft authorized repairs and upgrades, Xbox video game console. Any attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, modify, further sublicense, distribute or use for other purposes either the hardware or software of the Xbox or the Service, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account and/or your ability to access Xbox Live via your Xbox, and the pursuit of other legal remedies by Microsoft. Microsoft may take any legal action it deems appropriate against users who violate Microsoft's systems or network security, and such users may also incur criminal and/or civil liability.
That part of the bungie licence sums up everything, "modify"....and "distribute or use for other purposes either the hardware or software of the Xbox or the Service", are the 2 main points used for this. Now dont think u got me on a point when it states "software of the xbox" guess again. Xbox software is needed to mod, its found within 3 "i will leave unnamed games needed to mod your xbox. For those of you who say bungie has no right, you are sadly mistaken. Bungie is well within its rights.
