During this ten years, the tech has evolved, yes, but the spirit that made the characters of Halo: CE still living and it has the ability to modify itself for better.
In the first halo, the characters looked like folded desktops (comparing to nowadays tech).
In Halo 2 you gave them more details (was almost a miracle to see everything more real), they stop seeing as cubes.
And the great jump came in Halo 3, you gave them texture, your eyes make you wonder "How it'll fell to touch that alien skin!, That armor!, That weapon!".
And for Halo: Reach, you made both jumps in only one game. You made a masterpiece of art. Gave them the texture and the physical appereance (like if you just took the photo in your garden a minute ago or that the battle is happening next door).
I just don't have enough words to describe this masterpiece, but I'm sure your efforts will make the players feel that they are loking across a window, and not a TV.
I'm shocked; Bungie kicked asses again.
