Because it's hard to find games with decent servers on xbc... Most of them are Colombian... Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves for denying service of the game that created and defined their online existence. If not for halo 2 online, xbl would not have been half as popular as it was. Halo 2 still holds the record for most consistently played online game. It held the top spot for years. Even after the 360 was released and the "next gen" games were out halo 2 still held the top spot for some time. I find it frustrating that I get no enjoyment for any period of time with any game currently out right now. Yeah, Reach, the COD franchise, Gears, ect... Are great games but there is not a single one that holds anyone's attention for any significant amount of time. I still play halo 2 even though it was realeased in 2004. There are thousands of people that would still play it... But I bet you won't find more than 100 people that still play cod2... Or halo 3.... The question I have to ask is... Microsoft.. Is a bigger friends list(that still has not happened because it's completely illogical) more important than the game that created your service? I don't think so.. And I think a great deal of the halo 2 fan base would agree. And to be completely honest I liked the old halo 2 friends list, and clan list better anyways...
