Subject: What will you miss most about Halo 2?

worst teacher ever watch it
me

new montage

done by Rogue Prophet: not meant to show how good he just sweet clips

I know a lot of us don't play anymore, myself included. But hearing it is going away makes me very sad, and brings back so many memories. Halo 2 alone turned me into an xbox fanboy. I bought a ps2 and then started playing H2 at my friends a week later. Within a month I had an xbox and H2 and Live. I played more games than anyone I have ever seen (on my original account). Hearing it go away makes me sad because I played pretty much all day every day from when I was 15 till 18 (21 now).

What I will miss most is the awesome custom games that could go on for hours, whether it was an MLG competitive game that I kept playing all night long, or just a fun one I will miss it.

I will never forget playing sword mutliball one night. It was 4 people, 3 balls and I don't think I have ever laughed so hard. It was amazingly fun and I think we played for 5 hours.

Thats what halo 3 is missing, the fun wow factor, and with H2 going away I will miss it dearly!

Thanks Bungie, for some of the best years of my life!

There is so much to say, but I'll try and restrict myself to one:

Tower of Power on Ascention (I've been missing it for a while already and I have yet to see a convincing and equally fun Halo 3 variant).

the Ascension TOP was indeed a favorite...

Zombie on the one square map and barricading yourself into a spawn area hahha... sooo many lols had

getting out of maps...

CTF on the big city one... watching as almost always the flag ended up in the middle and everyone charging headlong (is it called headlong? haha may have answered my own question)into the middle either jumping from impossible heights or rushing with a vehicle with snipers and machine guns going off... fun times...

Swat on just about anything... swat isn't the same in halo 3...

I'm the cult of personality,
I call it like i see it, if i feel the need to be blunt and to the point, then i will, if i feel the need to be very detailed, i will, im here to stay and im here to do things my way, if you respect that or not is your choice, not mine,
and don't worry, while i don't agree with everyone's opinion, i do respect everyone's opinion.

Customs and friends. I met sooooooo many of my good friends on Halo 2 and I have had sooooo many memories on it. That is honestly what I will miss most. My and one of my best friends get on it every now and again just to re-live these memories we had so many years ago. No, we wont be able to. This all sucks. R.I.P. Halo 2

RIP Halo 2

I'll miss so much about not being able to play on live. No more team snipers. No more customs with 16 people. No more spending hours and hours with online friends getting out of maps. I just can't narrow it down to one.

I currently am working on Halo Wars achievements. 4 to go.
I currently am working on Halo 2 achievements.
I currently have all Halo 3 achievements.
I currently have all Halo 3:ODST achievements.
I currently have all Halo: Reach achievements.

Flag Wars, Gluch Wars, glitches, Tower of Power, Easter Eggs and Zombies. Some of the interactions with the maps. (The stalactites from Waterworks, the moving metal bars from Headlong, opening the gate in Zanzibar). Little things like that...

All of it... I mean I'd be equally upset if the music industry had removed the entire back-catalog when it switched over to CD.

Halo 2 is the game that introduced me to the Halo series. I was at a friend's house and he and several others were playing a video game. I hadn't seen it before. In the game, the players were riding around on small, purple hovering vehicles and in large tanks. I then learned the game was Halo 2. I became addicted to the split screen experience after this first taste.

Also, good times climbing the walls of Coagulation with the Ghost and attempting to escape Containment with the Specter.

These epic experiences will be missed when the first Halo game I played goes offline.

I know, halo 3 was just, like, missing something, that one little sparkle of fun from halo 2.
i remember it so fondly:

I was at my friends house, and he said he had gotten an 'xbox'. he said he got a game for called halo. we started playing it, and we soon got addicted to it. everyday, we'd laugh, and we'd mash the right trigger every 2 seconds. it was heaven on a disc, in a box. an xbox. then, a few years later, halo 2 came. ever more awsome. we invited more of our friends, and we got too many roles for splitscreen. then came, xbox live. my friend got one, i got one, and my other friends got one, it was the best thing ever to play with other people through one screen. it was amazing, we made so many movies. though we recorded the tv with an old video camera, we were really proud of our work. but then, it happened. I MOVED. halo 3 came out at that time too, and all our subscriptions for xbl got cancled, so we renewed. the only thing was, we all changed our gamertags. halo 3 was always played by myself, and i for some reason found matchmaking bland without my friends. i havn't gotten contact with them since.. :(. but i still make movies in halo 2, this time with a capture card. i connect 2 xboxs, one for a camera man, and another for the actors. and in the films, they are all dedicating to the friends i miss dearly, and th eglory days of halo 2.

thank you bungie, you gave me something to do, something to look fowad too, to kick ass, through 5 modes. and you bungie, are truely excellent for the gift you have given us, and Halo 2, shall rest in piece.

So what do I miss, you ask? I miss, everything. Every single pixel, sound, and detail. And the game shall always remain in my heart as my favorite video game ever.

R.I.P HALO 2, The Most Kick-Ass Game Ever.

Wow. That was pretty sick.
