Any change you guys could add a 'Home Timezone' feature to our bungie.net profiles so you could adjust forum and more importantly Halo 2 game statistics to a users local time. I'm sure PDT is really useful for the bungie team, but for the rest of the world it's a real pain in rear-end.

I think this has been brought up before, and I am not sure whether it will happen or not.

It would be nice though.

For me I know that Bungie is 2 hours behind me. So if I ever need to know what time something happend on b.net, I always add two hours to it.

Chairleg Productions presents: 'Console Wars' and 'Games as Art?' (also on Halo Waypoint).

Achronos has said that they are focusing on performance.
They'll then no doubt get the search feature working and then after, hopefuly start on other feature such as the home time feature.

Now who was it that said that if you're going to take over the world, you have to be consistent.

I hate everything, but it's not my fault.

Never! Besides that it would be a tremendous amount of work for something so little, all timezones should be Bungie Standard Time. They've already conquered one, only 23 more to go!

...if there were no drunkards, we today, would have no hobos...and the world would be a boring place.

What about central time? I would say they conquered that, too. :P

to be honest i don't really look at the times that much when i'm on here.....although once in a while i think about how timezones would be useful (esp. in the game viewer)....bring on the GMT

....alternately (and far preferably) Bungie could bring forward the world domination timetable and we could all switch to Bungie Standard Time..........and wear gorilla outfits.

I look at the times a bit but because i'am on GMT i have to ignore them most of the time.

.... erm thanks for that.........

Any..way.. now for my personal opinion on this: Good. Now you may wonder why or you may have stopped reading, whatever. I have a chapter which sets up matches over live, it's really quite difficult to work out time differences, so home time feature would mean we could easly work out time differences.

Its not that hard, just add 8 hours to Bungie time, if like me, you live in the UK.

How about just adding your timezone as part of your profile? It could be useful for people looking for someone in a similar timezone to play Halo over xbox live.
