It has been awhile since I've created anything in the digital semi-realism painting neighborhood, so the past hours of today I've been cooking up something simple. Originally I wasn't planning on creating an environment behind the original Master Chief painting I created as a standalone, but after careful consideration I decided to give it a go. Here is the finished product, scaled down from the original 2991 x 2056 dimensions.

Edit: I just uploading a closer look of John-117 painting mixed with the environment. It can be oogled here.

Enjoy.

That's really good.
The water should be red with blood though, and he should be standing ontop of dead bodies with a skull in his hand.
Also there should be a nuke cloud in the background.

Other then that it's good.

The foreground image is very detailed, and it fits almost seamlessly into the background. My only personal grievance is that the background colours are slightly too blurred. Despite this, your image has still be designed and executed brilliantly.
