In your squad you should have four members each with a specific job.

Job #1- Leader: The leader should be somebody who has a lot of experience to the game. They should know good strategies and be able to keep your squad in tact. The leader will use any gun according to the situation.

Job #2- Sniper: The sniper should be somebody with a good eye so they can spot enemies. They also should have a very accurate shot. The sniper needs to be at a high altitude to spot enemies and tell your squad what enemies are in the area and what they are armed with. The sniper should use a sniper rifle and a beam rifle.

Job #3- Pilot: The pilot is somebody who is great at driving vehicles and using the vehicles to kill enemies. They also need to pick up your squad fast when they're in a bad situation and get them out of there quickly. You also have to be good at splattering because it is a great way to take out targets. The pilot should use whatever weapon is on their vehicle.

Job #4- Demo Expert: The demo expert will use explosives and heavy weaponry. The demo expert should be good at putting explosives in the right spot and using big weapons. You also have to destroy enemy vehicles. You have to suppress the enemy to keep your squad safe. The weapons the demo expert should be using are turrets, vehicle turrets, rocket launchers, spartan lasers, gravity hammers, and grenades.

Some tips to help your squad:

1. Give your members code names to identify each other.
2. Plan your strategy before starting the game.
3. Don't under estimate your enemy.
4. Work together and communicate, don't try to be a lone wolf.
5. Listen to your leader!
6. Demo Expert, make sure your teammates aren't in your explosions.
6. Leader, always check on your squad to see if everything is following the plan.
7. Sniper, try and go to a spot where you won't be seen you need to stay hidden.
8. Pilot, it's a good idea to drive your teammates to their position.

*I'll update this thread for more tips.
