You've got to think crazy, of course, because you only get innovation by refining insanity. - Jason Jones

Ok, so i was thinking today, what if bungie gives us the options to decide which arm we holstera weapon with, i mean the main right handed or left handed style. That would cool, but then i remembered the ragdoll effects, what if you get shot in your main gun arm or hand, do you think they should make it so you cant holster a gun anymore and all you could do is throw grenades or do you think depending on how many times you get hit your aim wont be good and the weapon will be moving in eratic patterns and your aim will suck. And then i thought well i wonder if you get shot in the foot so many times if you would start limping and your pace would slow down. These things plaqued me all day. What do you guys think, i think it is a good idea or do you think that would be to far.

January 30, 2004 (Warthog's Day)
The Master Chief emerged from his code. After seeing his dynamically lit realtime shadow, he went back for 9 more months of development.

Behold the power of the Originals, the Gods Axeone-Neurone.

Having both leftys and rightys would be too much trouble. All the human weapons are right handed, (the rounds shoot out the right side so they don't you in the face). They would have to create left handed guns and mirror every animation for the leftys for both Spartans and Elites.

So you are saying that it would take to much time and energy, true, but that would be neat to have something like that.

It sounds more like a possible Ubisoft thing than a Bungie thing. But, I agree, it is a good concept. Maybe a little too sim for Halo 2.

Dual Wielding is already a better idea than that. Just hit Y button to pick up a second gun.

I dont understand what you mean, a little to sim, it happens in real life is that to sim. If they want to make this game come to life like they want it to this would be a good start. I supose the ragdoll effects are a little to riddick to arent they. lol

well, i think it would be cool because i actually shoot guns lefty, but if i wanted that i'd just play counterstrike. plus, lefty just doesn't look right on the tv.
