I'm about to try it on Alpha Site. I'll be a no-lifer once more but that's it. Haaaaha
I tried once on Last Platoon, lagged out towards the end. Then tried in on Alpha Site and got it on the first try. Be smart, don't rush and tell your teammates to do the same.

Thank you! Alpha Site is the best. I got endure on a map that doesn't support my playing style. To be honest, my style is too agressive, and I had to make a strong effor to hold myself back. Here's four things you should do, Phoenix to improve your chances of sucess.
#1: Change map. Lost platoon is frequently touted as the easiest map for firefight. And while it seems true during the early waves, the additions of tilt, blackeye, and catch will demolish you, even with four people circling in choppers. Try a close-in map with a very defensible safe zone that isn't very big and that you can easily traverse in case of emergency. For this, I first recommend Alpha Site, although windward is a decent choice.
#2: Use the classifieds. There are a lot of decent people here hwo don't have anyone to play with. Recruit them into your cause. This can be done to fill out your roster, or to compensate for a bad teammate.
#3: Set up killzones. A killzone is the place that everyone should have their guns aimed at when not actively engaging the enemy. A killzone allows for your group to focus all your fire into a small area and quickly kill enemies. The best killzone is the central hub of Alpha Site where the paths to the spawns intersect with the paths to the outside. It is one way, so the enemy can't sneak in behind you, and you can split into pairs; two to a hall so that you can double the firepower in each hallway. The killzone should also be relatively small, so that if one of you gets in serious trouble (hunter or chieftan), then someone can quickly assassinate or divert the threat.
#4: Train constantly. Endure is hard, so get used to the difficulty. Play all firefight games where you aren't attempting to get the achievement on heroic anyway, just so that you get used to the difficulty. Play the campaign on legendary with one or more persons from your firefight squad so that you are used to playing against large numbers of difficult enemies in diverse situations. If you routinely play against very difficult enemies, then heroic will not seem so difficult and you will be less intimidated by the prospect. I always played campaign on legendary with my brother and my friends. This forced me to constantly improve and innovate my tactics and strategies because the difficulty would punish my false moves with death.
