I'm having trouble finding one big resource for Halo 1 nade bounces and tricks, so I'm starting this thread in hopes that we can make one. Here's a good bit of what I know, and if you have anything to add I'll copy/paste it to this post along with the name of the poster who submitted it. Any corrections/improvements will be greatly appreciated as well.

Wizard
This is a great 1v1 map in which bounces are critical in getting powerups for a significant advantage over your opponent. The powerups are all easy to find, but if you try to climb a ladder or ramp to get to them, you expose yourself to pistol fire. A good way to avoid this is the plasma or frag bounce.

To execute the plasma grenade bounce for a powerup, put your back to the platform you would normally jump from, and get right in the middle, lining your pistol reticle with where the powerup is. A great way to do this is to use the two lines in the middle of the wall you're looking at, and place your pistol reticle in the middle of those two lines. Now move your reticle directly up, and place the bottom of your reticle directly on the upper edge of the window trim. Your plasma grenade should hit roughly in the middle of the window trim, and drop right behind the powerup, bouncing it right to you. You may not get it the first few times, but keep trying until you find the spot.

You can also use a frag grenade to bounce down powerups, but the method is quite different and much more difficult. Place yourself next to a ramp facing the powerup you want. You should be a tad bit behind the edge of the wall to your right, and should see roughly a third of the ramp to your left. (make sure you're about in the middle of the walkway) Place the left edge of your pistol reticle on the far right edge of the pillar next to the ladder, and move it directly up to place the top right edge of your reticle next to the first vertice you see. (not the window trim) This one is tough, so keep working at it, and play around with where you're standing until you find the right spot.

Chill Out
There really isn't much to bounces in this level other than the Rocket Launcher. To bounce the Rocket launcher, select your frag grenades and move to the very top of the ramp of the RL room. Stand in the far corner next to the doorway leading to the teleporter/sniper room, and face the Rocket Launcher. Place your pistol reticle slightly to the left of the RL, then move it directly up and place the top edge of it on the roof. Toss your frag and move along the left wall to the edge to grab it from mid-air.
Alternate RL Bounce
If you're on the bottom of the RL room and don't feel like you have time to climb up the ramp, stand on the wall right next to the doorway to the shotgun room closest to the RL platform, and aim straight up, placing the bottom of your pistol reticle on the RL platform. The RL will bounce next to the big ramp near the back wall right into your big greedy cyborg hands.

Longest
The powerup bounces on this map are pretty simple. Across from the powerup ledge is a column, and next to that column is a somewhat large cutout in the wall. Put your back to the wall of the cutout farthest from the powerup and face the powerup. Put your pistol reticle on the right corner of the powerup edge, and then move it directly up and stop about anothe reticle length above the corner onto the ceiling. Toss a frag grenade and grab your powerup.

Hang 'Em High
The sniper bounce is probably the best known of all grenade bounces, but I'll go over it anyway.

To bounce the sniper, go to the far dark corner of the red base and put your back in the corner. You'll see the ramp going up and some lights going up in a straight line. The lights above the ramp, and slightly to the left are your guide. Place the left edge of your pistol reticle on the top light, and move it directly up until the bottom edge of your reticle is touching the far trim of the sunroof. Toss your grenade and watch the way the sniper bounces. It should land a little to the right of the red base. With practice you'll be able to catch it and be on your way.
A Useful Trick:
You can grab the RL from under the platform by crouch-jumping onto a tombstone, and holding X under the RL. If you spawn in this area, it's a great way to grab a Camo/RL combo right off the bat. Savvy players will shoot you down fast however, so use it wisely.

Nobody has any other nade bounces or tricks? C'mon, there are tons more that I don't know. We've got to compile them! Compile!

Anyway, to avoid this being an even more shameless bump, here's a link to a weapon respawn time list @ HBO.

I know you guys have more info...
