Subject: Why I cant use the Intel menu?

Everytime i want to access the Intel menu it says that there was an error and Im worry that I will not be able to download the beta of Halo:Reach.

Please help me!

Don't worry. You and many others (maybe everyone?) are experiencing the same problem. I'm sure they'll sort it out before the Beta releases. I'm not sure if they've addressed it yet.
