I know it may be difficult to do this, but is there any possibility of there being a bar showing how many people have been banned off xbox live for cheating, modding etc? It would certainly be satisfying to see the number go up as the days pass.

No because the server is to slow and it would take ages to update and would always be far behind the actual number, and however satisfying it might be its useless.

I have a feeling that Bungie really wants to do something like that but they cant because of legal and user confidentiality

I hate everything, but it's not my fault.

No Gnome, they can't give out specific gamertags (that would only encourage cheaters anyway), but they can give out the number of people banned (as you don't know who has been banned). However, Bungie's primary focus for the website right now is performance and the Search, so that will not be implemented since it would lower performance, and because Achronos would rather be working on the Search.
