Go to the official Halo 2 website through this link and notice that the November 9 changes to many different letters and numbers before it settles on November 9. Maybe this is hidden code or something. If someone could somehow slow this down so that you can see the letters and numbers it might be something. Each column cycles through 3 letters or numbers before in settles.

I saw this topic being discussed on another forum and someone made a gif file out of it but they clearly missed a ton of letters and numbers and then the topic died. I don't know how to slow it down so someone figure it out.

Also, I looked at the html for the site and saw that it is not a function doing it, it has to made through programing by Bungie I think?

Here is a link to that forum.

But keep in mind that the gif made by SandWolf does not include all of the letters and numbers that appear. It is a bad gif or example.

Will someone jump on it and video tape it and run it back slowly so we can analyse it. Post a link to the video here so others can see it.

Each letter is a series of the same set of numbers and letters that scroll until it completes the letter. Go to the site and right click and uncheck Play when the letters start to pop up, the numbers and letters will continuously scroll. I'm currently trying to pick em all out, but I dont see anything hidden yet.

I watched the scroling letters and eliminated each letter of the alphabet I did NOT see, this is what I got, and all that scrolls

from the letters and numbers I found in the cycle (which I believe are all correct) there is no discernable anagram code, not one that an anagram generator could find anyway. Gave us something to do though

OK, I found a good way to do it.

Immediately after it pops up right click on play and then right click on back many times and it will go back a little.

Anyways in doing that I found that each column cycles throught the same thing.

Cycle: ZQALUYPBFTPYG,258 (no particular order)

I may have missed one or two but the only numbers are 2,5, and 8. Speculation involves these numbers in 8/24/04 by it being a ship date and possibly 8/25 in stores? AUG. 25, 04
