With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

I've got three:

1.) First Strike: The entire Unyielding Hierophant (Uneven Elephant, Two Squid Kissing) sequence (If I could go to any fictional place, that'd be it.... Covenant-infested or not, its uber-cool).

2.) Halo: Combat Evolved: When Halo blows up.... beautiful in its mass-destructiveness.

3.) First Strike: When Kelly gets on top of her Banshee, "surfs" on it, and throws the "nuclear grenade" into the belly of the Covenant Cruiser..... That must've been cool to see.

In The Fall of Reach: The main assault on Reach. Cool battle.

I never saw the whole, 343 Guilty Spark using Master Cheif (unsuspectingly) to get the Index and infact do the opposite to what MC was trying to do, thing coming. It caught me totally by surprise. That's my favorite part.

I've got a fourth:

"No Plasma and no missiles," Admiral Whitcomb said. "We might as well open an air lock and throw rocks at 'em."

Throw rocks? The Master Chief wondered if they could fashion a slug to shoot from the MAC cannon. Let its magnetic coils propel the mass to supersonic velocities and--

Magnetic coils?

That part's hilarious! I like how the Chief thinks...

halo: my favrtie part is where halo blows up and chunks from it takes off other parts, i mean its parts of the PLANET hitting other parts! thats big, I also enjoy the cinematics at 343 Guilty Spark, and when you beat it on Legendary and that Elite grabs his ass is halarious!

Um.... since when does part of a planet hit parts of Halo? Its part Halo (which is not a planet) that hits Halo.... Or did I just miss something?

I personally like the introduction of the flood very much in the game. Cinematic quality was top notch for any game I've played, and it creeped me like a charm.

I agree with Dolorous, the introduction of the flood was definitely one of the best parts.

two parts in the game...

- first time jumping out on silent cartographer running up the beach was something special.

- I'm also a fan of the introduction of the flood - a masterpiece - trying to find my way out of that building was THE creepiest game experience I've ever had...

Halo: Fall of Reach - the part when john first experiences his augmentation in the weight room and takes the pin from the bench press to figure out if the gravity machine is busted and the 4 ODST's come in and one of the ODST's goes on the bench press and the weights fall off and almost land on his spotters foot. then they attack him and he kills 2 and severly injurs 2. Thats when i realised how much of johns mind has been warpted by the army training since six to be almost like a robot.

Halo: The Flood - At the end when the last surviving marines and such take over the truth and reconciliation and they were about to take off in the flood infested ship and lutenant Mckay looked at Jenkins and realized that they were doomed so she disabled the ship and killed them all for earth.

Halo: First Strike - Single handedly and by single i mean 4 spartanedly taken out more than half of the covenet fleet and a refueling station.
