Interesting.... I expected this thread to be "on-topic" for the Septagon since it was discussing what the proper forum for certain suggestions would be. It was moved and I'm not sure why.

The thread was intended only to discuss where to put those kind of suggestions. The example was just that, an example and not the subject to be discussed. And as you can see by my follow-up post in the original thread I also had the suggestion (question) of having a forum dedicated to the upcoming project.

So what made that post get red flaged by a mod? Where did the misunderstanding take place?

Was a mod just trying to be helpfull and saving me the time of creating a new thread to discuss the proposed subject while pointing out the forum at the same time?

Was it the threads subject line?

Was it that I included an example suggestion for reference?

You see, I thought that discussing what forums are for what and suggesting the creation of a new forum would be fine for the Septagon. Input?

Now I'm a bit confused myself.

I guess technically the original thread belonged in The Septagon, but it also seemed as though the examples you gave were real suggestions and not just examples. I'm sure whatever mod looked at is just thought it was an actual thread that was making suggestions for future Bungie games, and not a question on where such threads should be posted.

I’ll step up and say that was my bad… I tend to read things on a fly as to get as much done on the forums as possible so I do make mistakes from time to time. I have moved your thread back to the Septagon and it is open for discussion… Sorry!

Oh, it's no big deal. Reading on the fly I can see how one could make that mistake. I know there is alot to do (just looking in the Underground was scary, let alone the other forums.) Thanks for clearing up the confusion.

To Make Posts is Glorious

Some threads will get posts before others and it is the duty of the Leadership to ensure that posts are made that best suit the public welfare.
