This box recently has always said unavaliable, I know the webmaster is working on it, however I had a thought it would be interesting to also have a "Most active chapter" box, and a "largest chapter" box. I think this would get more people active in the chapters, and increase chapter population.

While I believe there should be some kind of recognition for standout groups, I hope we NEVER provide recognition for "largest chapter." We have enough trouble with people trying to trick users into joining their groups these days as it is.

Agreed. What with all the "joingroup.aspx" links going around. It would only make things worse.

This again?

He's my nomination - "Best Quality"

I'm thinking the 7th Column Council could actually report chapters/groups on these kind of things though.

Hmm... If we had that active-o-meter (not sure if I typed it correctly), then we could possibly determine the most active chapter... but would that really be fair? If someone starts a new group, and there is another group in the "most active chapter" spotlight, then a bunch of members would join that nominated group, leaving other groups behind in the dust.

*sigh* Nowadays, people are posting links in either their signature or their posts that forces people to join their groups whenever they click it. Plus, just because a group is large doesn't it mean you absolutely have to join it, or at the least, check it out.

Most of the chapters i'am in are pretty small anyway so the most active chapter box wouldn't really do anything for me. What about a chapter of the week dont ask me how it would be decided fairly i haven't got a clue.

Largest Chapter would not work out. I new chapter spotlight would be nice once in awhile.

I'll be on my own side.

Yeah, Chapter Spotlight would be nice. If Shishka is in charge, I'm sure Igni Ferroque will be there the most. But what would be the requiremtns for being spotlighted? Will they be recognized for a creative theme? Sheer number of members?
