New Flood for life <3
We’re looking back laughing because they called us crazy, but we took that chance on that feeling, living for the moment, we were spinning in. Maybe we were a lot of things, but we weren't crazy.
[ Current Status - WIP 3 ]
*Note - I apologize for the crappy quality for this WIP. Photobucket is being silly.
Welcome to my work in progress thread, dedicated to my latest and long overdue piece of Halo concept/fan art! In this thread you will see almost every step I take into creating this one, extremely large picture. From the sketch, to the coloring, to the finish product, I hope you enjoy every bit that I have to offer.
I will be open to questions, suggestions, comments, and the like throughout the duration of this piece. Keep in mind that I take my art seriously and everything you say will be considered, but taken to heart. Don't be afraid to be critical, however, as I enjoy making necessary improvements and I like the challenge.
To learn more about the composition and it's technical components, continuing reading below.
S P E C U L A T I O N S
Artist . Kelsey Kronmiller (me)
What . The finished piece will contain both the Banshee you see now, and a Spartan of some variation either shooting or boarding (my original intention) the aircraft. There will also be a background fitting for the scene.
Tools Used . Adobe Photoshop CS4 and a Wacom Bamboo tablet
Size . The banshee you see is currently 4920 x 3080 pixels, which is 16 x 10 inches when printed because I needed to change the resolution. I can't imagine how big it's going to be when it's done though, lol.

> [Soffish] - A quick Soffish I made for the Bungie guys <3 Soffish is, after all, my favorite Bungie related thing.
> [Banshee with Background] - I wanted to use the banshee for a school project, so I quickly put together a background and really liked the outcome. Figured you guys would too!
