It's been fun, guys. Really fun. The past 48 hours has been an absolute blast, and I got to meet some really awesome people over LIVE, but sadly, I must draw this adventure to an end.
My 360 has been on for over 2 days, and I can't really afford to let it RRoD. Plus, my computer's been bridging the connection to the console, so I can't put in the new cooling system unless I disconnect from LIVE.
But I must say, my final game was a good one. A normal game of Slayer on my favourite Halo 2 map, Beaver Creek. Heck, I even managed to pull out winning at the last second.
So I just wanna say thanks to everyone that made this Sudden Death day a great time, and I wanna thank Bungie for keeping their servers up past MS's killswitch date.
So, with less than or near 50 players worldwide left online, I say farewell. Maybe once the 100 friend limit is lifted over on the 360 side of things we can all befriend each other! :P And maybe WHEN Microsoft puts up Halo 2 as a downloadable game we can do this all over again. :)
Finish the Fight, everyone! :D
