Halo 2 for Life!

We get new features on XBL for the loss of halo2 and all other old games, from my understanding. What are these features? or when are they going to tell us about these features or when will these features be implemented.

Or are they going to drag it out, like the ending of halo2. I sure hope they are more decisive then this letting 10 people play on halo2 but no one else thing... which makes little to no sense (to me).

Let's Make Movie Magic!

There's been rumors of being able to have upwards to unlimited friends on your friendslist. Original Xbox games have been holding that back since the friendslist system was built into every game individually. With that out of the way, it's possible now.

Everyone is entitled to their own wrong opinion.

I'm part of the Bungie.net Minecraft group/server called SeptaCrafters
We're a Bungie.net group that goes to our very own Bungie server. Most players are from the Halo community either off Bungie itself or through word to Halo friends.

people are being booted offline. From what i see its whoever isn't in a MM game. But its will go away. Maybe

Probably an even larger and more ridiculous friends list, support for the Wii 2.0 otherwise known as Natal, and some other social networking site connectivity that no one cares about.

um a noone on earth needs more than 100 friends you can not even play with more than 32 at once in any game. 2 for the friends part how many people actuly play with all there friends on there friends list and remeber who they are?
the xbox 1 servers left us because noone played them other than like maby 5000 people and microsoft wants to cut cost. if microsoft wanted to they could have mad halo 2 and xbox v1 game compatable with the update. also if there is any more of an update it will be somthing stupid knowing microsoft it will probly break the 360

If I had a Rocket Launcher...

Shut up and get behind me... Sir!

The cable. I'm going to cut it.

Awesomeness would ensue.

Expanding the friends list isn't exactly worth it, in my opinion.

A signature would go here.

Microsoft and Bungie can kick off the last people if they wanted to in a few seconds. Microsoft would of obviously done this already if they planned on putting new features in already.

A Halo 2 Glitch Master, "retired" since i couldn't find anything good in Halo 3, hoping for a come back. I'm a huge Marathon fan too. If you want to verse me, please message me through my Bungie.net profile.
My weapon of choice is the warthog (Driving); I'm one of the best drivers out there, so if i get my hand on a vehicle, you're going to wish i hadn't XD

April 20th I became one of the final 30 people to play Halo 2 online. Unfortunately I was kicked by Microsoft that day.

I don't want new updates, they always suck anyway, and who really needs 100 frineds...and I still havn't hit the limit on my friends list yet. Playing Halo 2 until I collapse (which is what i did last night XD) is waaaaay better

if knowledge is power and power corrupts, isn't knowledge therefore dangerous?

We lose it for a bunch of crap that might be fancy, but will most likely not make up for the epicness that has been slain.

Well, you'll be able to have more than 100 friends in your friend list!

Actually, H2 shut down might allow Xbox Live to become much better, however, from what I recall, when Xbox Live came out, wasn't being able to play our old games for as long as we want one of the main reason the service was costing money?

Yeah, because we all know that weird guys on youtube always speak the truth.

Posting on bungie.net should require that the user has had to have read a chapter book all the way through.

One tragic flaw to the "Play it till it dies" folks. Microsoft can't implement the new features, nor can Bungie measure the metrics to reward players with, if people never stop playing the game.

With M$ it would take them forever to update it anyways.
