I would also like to point out that this statement:

Check out who's hot, who's not, and who is too chicken to show their face! C'mon, everyone's got a digital camera by now!
Is an obvious attack on me and I will not, for any reason, give out my picture.

Now, since I like having a point for my posts (usually) might I suggest that this thread either be stickied or at least mentioned in the stickied thread you have created?

I have no earthly idea what you are talking about. I only read page one to come up with my descriptions and I didn't really read through the hundreds of posts in each of them.

I certainly didn't mean to single anyone out. Sheesh! It's not like you posted a picture of your foot or something like that!

And this thread is linked in the opening post of the new sticky. Bottom of the explanation in a quote.

......Picture of my foot you---wonderful mod! I just love you all.

As for the second part, I already noticed that and edited my post accordingly.

Wait a minute...when did Bungie ever complete the 6th step of world domination (bloody overthrow of parent company)?

For Carnage, Apply Within.

I have returned from the Untamed Lands. MOAP is dead.

I like the whole description part and how the forums look cleaner. But the only downside is I can't tell if someone has recently posted in the stickies.

5/5 Stars - Kritz.net

Thank you for almost giving me a heart attack.

I come back from the worlds most boring bithday party, relise I can't find my Lego and check up on The Flood.

BANG!

But I do like the idea, although seeing so many green icons and not near enough red (Not the locked style) and yellows. I was, ever since the MTG thread was stuck, thinking that half of the forum being taken up was a bad idea.

Just exactly how long were you thinking about this? I almost like it, but it's been changed so much it's going to kick me in the face everytime I look at it. Alteast until I get used to it.

I think it's the green on blue effect. Not good for my eyes.

Devil is Double is Deuce and Joker always trumps Deuce.

I don't like it. Before, a stickied thread was something that captured your attention. Now, the same threads that would be stickied above the rest are down here in the muck with everything else, subject to thread death and getting knocked off the page by garbage. Plus, people are more likely to read a thread that's first in line, above all the rest. Most people aren't going to bother reading a single locked thread. Take the forum rules threads for example. You can hardly tell if anyone reads them.

There's a lot who don't, if the Underground is any indication............

Excellent idea! It gets rid of all the clutter and leaves us with a link to the good threads with a nice little description. Now we could also have some more threads up there that weren't necessarily "stickable" but could at least be "mentionable". Well, at least I know what I meant by that statement...

Great idea! Did this have anything to do with the attack yesterday?

  • 08.07.2005 6:53 AM PDT

why bring that up?

  • 08.07.2005 6:54 AM PDT

I think it's great. I definetly like all that space back. It's also alot easier. 10/10

No because I find it odd that this happened right after the attack.

Meh, it doesn't really matter to me.

But it was funny how Recon talked to us like kindergartners :p "Ok guys, you all behaved yourselves so now we get to try out a new treat!"
