Well I know this is getting old but there's a few gamers (like me) that are getting the "Can't Retrieve Data...Status code: 800700e8" error when we click on the new intel in Halo 3: ODST and (at least me) we are getting really freaked out about that because we don't know if that will screw us with the Halo Reach Beta on may third...need some answers...I want to have a first hand view of the game of the year 2010 !!!!

What this menu shows you is dependent on your console language and console location. However, the marketplace content is dependent on your profile's billing region. We try to match them up as best we can, but there's often problems. Please shoot me a PM if you have this problem and I'll see if we can find a work around.

I am from the US and I am living in Korea. I bought my 360 in Korea. I paid for my Live account with a US credit card. At first, I changed my language settings to Korean to match my location. This did nothing for me, but others are claiming success. Then I tried changing my location settings to the US to match where I paid for the account. Now I am up and running, I do not know why. Play with it. Mix and match and see what works. Good luck.
