why have they been playing halo2 for the last 3 days right in front of the webcam instead of working on the problems with halo 2. if it is coming out nov 9th then there should be a lot of work to do. the only thing i can think of is that the game is close to being finished.

Playing IS part of working on the game, you know. How do you know what does and doesn't work if you aren't playing the game?

First off since when do bungie employees wear id badges. Secondly they have been taking pictures which lead me to believe they are either ESRB people playing the finished copy or the people from OXM getting info for the holiday preview.

Or egm/ gamepro reviewing it, or family and friends, or some guy they found. Who knows what it could be. And ESRB has already rated it.

I sure hope you mean OXM. ESRB rating is done there is no reason for ESRB to be there.

That could be the case, but I don't think they would allow them to take pictures(we would find out) especially with a professional camera that also takes video's.

Yes ESRB does need to play it. Even though it's rated, they need to play the final copy to make sure there isn;t anything diffrent.

Ok great but the fact still is that bungie said November 9th. So ESRB can play as much as they want from now until the 9th of november unless I hear different from BUNGIE.

The ESRB does not play the game at all. They only watch a video of the most extreme footage of the game (probably from the final version or close to it). The process of rating a game is explained in EGM September 2004.

I think does are the people they bring that have no knowledge about Halo, so they test the turoial part. Apart from that bungie perse have been playing the game the entire day.

You mean the people who were just in there? That looked more like Asian press, since they had cameras and were writing things down.
