Halo 1&2 PC forum's resident OC ReMixer. Like rockified and metalized video game music? Subscribe to my YouTube channel.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

At least you're apologizing for it, better than the other hundred people who asked this very question on this forum.

Right-click -> Run as Administrator.

Why thank you, I will try that.

Does it have to do with it being Windows 7?

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

UAC in Windows Vista and 7 prevents non-administrative users from doing dangerous things to the system, like updating a video game. :P

According to what I've read, even if you're the first and only user on a Vista/7 system, you're still not actually the admin. Go figure.

This is the average H2 Fanboy.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

You are only a admin user on vista/7 if you disable UAC. Also, you are only the user "Administrator" on the server oses and win 2k.

Something smells fishy...

Thee is a fast way to create an administrator account on your Windows Vista or Windows 7 PC using the command prompt.

Go here: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidde n-administrator-account-on-windows-vista

The directions are simple and they are correct (I use the same How-To Geek article to enable the admin account whenever I install Windows Vista or Windows 7).
