I know there were questions before about whether the environment can hurt you when it gets blown about and I dont remember reading a conclusive thread on it yet, so if it has been posted already I apologize.

Someone posted the news articles that each of the two teams who won the Mt. Dew tournament had written after playing Halo 2 for 3 hours. I dont have the link at the moment so if anyone could oblige I'd be grateful. Anyways in one article the guy says that he was posted near the flag when a rocket hit the pillar behind him and took down his shield. He said he remembered seeing the wall fall onto him and he died as if he had been run over by a hog. He couldnt be sure if the explosion had killed him or if it was in fact the wall, but it sure seems like falling and destructible environments can cause damage.

That's friggin sweet.

*Edit: When I say "as if he had been run over by a hog" I mean that the death animation was the same as being run over, not the same as being shot

maybe if theres a city ruins map,you can shoot ruined buildings with a rocket,and a bunch of debris falls and kill whoever is there

if you have seen the E3 04 MP demo it demonstrates debri falling and and rolling when it gets shot with a rocket
