Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

on the topic of ff7 pc, someone made a graphics patch so the battle sprites are used out of battle, so no more lego characters. that automatically makes ff7 pc better than h2v.

Animations working and all? If so, it might be time for another playthrough...

really not sure, there are probably some bugs in it, but that's just guessing. i've only heard about it but people say its cool.

Yes its worth it. MP is fun and the only place you can play H2 on-line now. Use you live account and get the achievements. All PC games have bugs its usually your graphics card that causes problems. Never mind the built in bugs in vista. Play it on win 7...

Of course, usually if developers find a bug in their game, they fix it. That's clearly not the case with H2V though, so the whole "every game has bugs" argument is moot.

Yes. Get it because it's "pretty." Flawed logic, considering that not only is buying a game solely for the graphics a stupid idea, but also because H2V's graphics are terrible.

So that how your computer is bad?

Looks like the case just got closed.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

So, technically you could use a software firewall to drop packets containing that string. Good to know!

I find it funny, no one has ever done that at all.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time. I know who you are. You are destiny.

I've been PC gaming since the late 1980s. I remember when there was no 3D acceleration. Imagine that.

I've watched this industry change dramatically. PC gaming and console gaming used to be very different.

Soon PC games were being ported to consoles, typically with crummy results, reduced graphics, etc.

That trend reversed itself. Now console games are typically ported to the PC.

Having said all that, H2v is by far the worst example of console to PC porting that I have ever played.

The game is pure garbage and seems to have been designed entirely by a group of Xbox developers with little understanding of the PC platform.

You know, the farthest I can go back is playing Marathon, Starcraft, and Fallout.

I haven't tried it, but it would be fun if it worked. I'm sure all the (D)DOS'ers who play Halo 3 would understand.
