Man, that guitar has a wicked body. ESP's are pretty good, sounds like a great deal. Now, I play guitar too, though, so I'm gonna bug you about this: first off, a guitar with humbuckers, but no tremolo? What kind of music are you targeting? Just kidding, whatever floats your boat. And while I've never bought a guitar online, I've talked to some talented, very experienced guitar players, and they always tell me to only buy a guitar that I can play before I buy it, because 2 guitars of the same model can sound completely different only because the tree that was used. Now, musiciansfriend does have a great return policy from what I hear, so if the guitar doesn't sound how you want it to, feel free to return it.
About the television, I'm going to recommend an HDTV, of course. There are 2 30 or 32 inch, widescreen direct-view televisions that come to mind. One, I forgot the brand, but it was only 700 bucks(only 700, jeese!). I believe it was Philips. No 720p crap, this baby's 1080i(can't wait till 1080p, though). They've got them at best buy. And while alot of people think direct views are worse than conventional projection, they are very wrong. Direct view HDTV's these days are incredibly sharp, plus they last many years longer, don't have convergence issues, are cheaper, and can't succumb to image burn-in like all the other formats except for DLP's. In many instances, I've seen direct-views that looked better than any other kind out there. DLP's are better than all in my book, but they still cost around 4,000 dollars. Well, off with this terminology mumbo-jumbo! The other one I'd recommend is another philips, but this time it's a refurbished one. Now, don't fret, it's as good as new, since they fixed it, it comes with a good return policy, and comes straight from philips. It's another 30 inch widescreen, flatscreen 1080i hdtv. And it's only 500 bucks. Now, if you don't care about widescreen, you can get a 1080i 4:3 direct-view, 32 inch, flat screen for only 350 bucks. Now that's nothing. 2 years ago, my 32 inch curved-tube analog television cost that much.
