I really feel sorry for the guys who where privlaged to play Halo 2. Think about when you first played Halo be it at a friends or in a store. I remember it ruined all other games for me. It wasn't long until I had to sell my PS2 so I could finally get my hands back on Halo.

Now imagine for a brief time getting to experience Halo 2 than having that ripped away from you. Now nothing they can do can bring Halo 2 to them any faster. There dreams at night are haunted by that brief moment of ecstacy they experienced. Even playing Halo now may not fill the need. They shall be tormented until November 9th.

Still... I'd rather play it now.

if you had a demo that you could play everday it wouldn't be bad. but to be able to only play it once and than to have nothing....

I agree focused, some people suffer from withdrawal symptoms with stuff like games, with me it's music and games. I can remember playing Halo on a Xbox test station thing in a game store, I went home and realised I was too poor to buy an Xbox and so were all of my friends. That was really wank, I was like 15 or 16 (in 2001, right?) and rubbish at saving up money. I had to wait ages for one of my mates to finally buy one.

Im not a freeloader, by the way. I bought an Xbox (And with that, obviously, Halo.) early this year.

I played at my friend's house, and bought Halo 3 months later.

I got my Xbox the day it came out (November 16, 2001 I believe). I got a Halo, and a few other games, but I played Halo first. I didn't touch any of my other games until I beat Halo. So I guess I agree. Playing Halo 2 for a short time, then having it yanked away would suck. Big time.

I played it once in a gamesstand in a hi-fi store... The next week I showed up regularly and played the game for an hour or the like. I bought an XBOX and Halo 2 months later. That game has a hypnotic effect.

lol I can picture that. You show up at a store and just stand and play Halo for the longest time. I did that with UT 2003.

So would I, don't get me wrong. But I think it would suck to get it taken away like that.
