The thread/posts search feature is coming soon™. All topics regarding improvements, comments, or questions about Bungie.net in general should go in The Septagon.

i just noticed that feature a few minutes ago. I'd prefer if you made a search feature for posts and threads, so the people in the maw don't post the same troubleshooting question over and over and over again.

You can search the site using CONTENT site:bungie.net in either Google or MSN search.I think a temporary sticky stating this would help until the search function is implemented.

Just type

Search criteria site:bungie.net

Into Google or MSN search, allowing you to search the entire site for any content.

It's not an advanced search, no, but it allows you to find various things.

Say, for example, I wanted to discover the secrets of the fabled Yellow Banshee, I search for it and get theseresults.

It works for every site but it can be a bit outdated sometimes if the google bots haven't had a look round the site in a couple of days.

I'll be on my own side.

Is the search feature like the one HBO has?

You obviously dont understand Bungie's use of the word, Soon™. Its going to be a long time before the search is completed.
