Well the beta was released and Halo: Reach is just around the corner. I want to know how you thought ODST could have been better. I liked ODST, but there are ways it could have been better. Here are some of mine...

A stealth aspect should have been added to the Rookie's part of the game.
I mean it would have been a lot more fun than just wondering around, taking out the random Brute. Because the fact that the Rookie was given a silenced SMG and pistol practically screams for stealth gameplay.

Firefight should have had matchmaking.
Yes i'm aware that this is not possible with ODST's engine. But it would have added much more replay value to ODST.

More multiplayer maps should have been included with the Mythic map pack 2.
I mean they could have remade Terminal or Ascension or even added something entirely new.

Skulls should have added to the flashback missions.
Yes I know that in ODST there are the audio logs and Sadies story (which I love). But looking for the skulls in Halo 2 and Halo 3 was much more fun then looking for the audio logs. I'm not saying that the audio logs should have been taken out, i'm saying that the skulls should have been added.

Sergeant Johnson should have been much more fun to use in Firefight
Yes I pre-ordered ODST and recieved a sergeant Johnson code. But after playing as him, He only spouted a couple of amusing lines. He also should have be designed to wear his regular Marine armor.

All of these things would have made ODST a much better experience for me. Now share some of your thoughts on how ODST could have been better.

It would have taken months to develop that kind of stuff. I'd much rather see Bungie keep working on Reach.

They should have included the Halo Wars demo, at least then we could have actually played a game worth $60.
What are you talking about. ODST was release way after Halo Wars. The demo was on xbox-live for free way before ODST came out. Why would they include it?

OK first of all odst was an expansion to halo 3's campaign. it had about a year to develop and a small team.(about 10-15 people). They added all they could.

Actually odst had the same engine as halo 3. Bungie didnt get a new engine untill about 2 weeks after odst's release. so you coulda got what you wanted if odst had about 10 more people and another year to develop.
