"You don't need to find us and make us dead to win some free stuff. We'll have Halo: Reach flair for anyone who plays and plenty of other prizes on offer for anyone that achieves one of many super secret metrics we're not disclosing. Just play. That's all we ask."

Call it a promise or whatever, what exactly did Bungie mean by "Halo: Reach flair"? Were they giving away free stuff to random people? Or was it the download code for Reach for anyone who played Halo 2 on the last day? I know it's been 2 months but I'm just curious and wanna know what they meant.

They haven't said what it was yet, but it's for the final version of the Halo Reach game.

Who's "they"? I understand Microsoft owns the Halo name, but it wasn't Bungie who stopped Halo 2.

Uh, not to be jerky guys, but this is a game. And, the makers have moved along to make their next game. If they're pitching things (swag or codes, etc...), it should be no surprise.
