Like the title says, I need a new key if anyone doesn't need theirs. Apparently, I've reinstalled Halo 2 far too many times and now it won't let me install it again. If anyone could help me I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

At least try giving Microsoft a call...

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

Yeah! It's their responsibility to fix the problem. The process for getting a replacement product key is worse now. You have to take a digital photo of the game box and disc, including original product key sticker, receipt, and your gamertag written on a piece of paper. Then you have to email it to MS and wait a few weeks for it to be processed. I still can't get my head around being punished for re-installing licensed software.

This is why GFWL fails.

Good point. I haven't had the pleasure of mixing GFWL and Steam. I can see how that could suck.

Yeah it sucks, when GFWL is a bastard, and kills Steam's "all you can download and reinstall feature". Killed by their retarded Key use limits.
