Subject: A belated Bungie Day question

Devil is Double is Deuce and Joker always trumps Deuce.

I know this is kind of late, but why was there no Bungie day this year on 7/7? We had one last year. A contest, several news posts, and several screens. Yet this year, 7/7 went by without incident.

The last man on Earth sat in a room, there came a knock at the door.

It was there, but they didn't celebrate with us. I think why they didn't is due to the evergrowing population of "Bungie-owes-us" fans. Seriously, if you had a birthday party, would you invite the kid you know would spit on your cake?

Or maybe they didn't want to have to send prizes that end up really late.

There were a few minor celebrations, in the flood and some chapters but noting official, a strange one indeed.

Maybe there's just too much going on with the "new project"?

The London bombings were on 7/7, so Bungie Day was overshadowed slightly.

yeah, dmbfan's right, celebrating would have been a bit disrespectful to the victims of the bombings...
