Subject: How did sgt. Johnson survive?

Sgt Johnson was cornered in a Starbucks, located on installation 04, by 4 Sasquatches, the same that killed Jun. The Sasquatches were about to have his way with him until he realized that he knows what the ladies like. He distracted them with his mad juggling skills while he grabbed a nest of pigeons from his rucksack. The pigeons then flew him off the ring but not before he used his laser vision to destroy the ring.

The Sergeant Johnson in Combat Evolved is a clone. The original is actually a bounty hunter on some rainy planet which nobody cares about...

-Master Chief

Halo Historian

if u read the book Halo:first strike it tells u how mater chief, fred, linda, will, and sergeant johnson get back to earth and it tells how fred, will, li,grace, kelly, and doctor halsey, and vice admiral whitcom make it offa reach as well as how srgt johnson, corporal locklear, polasky, chief, leutenet haverson, and cortana made it off the halo ring

Remember at the beginning of Halo 2 when the Marine says "How did you make it home in one piece", Sgt. Johnston replies "sorry son classified".

Still, that doesn't give any clue to how he might of survived?

well then where was the pelican at the end
Posted by: BOB570
The Legendary ending isn't considered canon. He escaped on a Pelican with a few other people.

pelican

my theory is jonson has a knife and stabs the elites throught then the pelican finds him

  • 07.15.2011 2:12 AM PDT

I'm guessing that the elite saved him somehow.

  • 07.15.2011 6:28 AM PDT

hello it tells you in the novel, however his ass was mighty sore from the elite after halo ce.

  • 07.18.2011 4:08 PM PDT

note in halo 2 before the arbiter knocks him out he says something (don't remember what :( ) that illudes to him knowing the arbiter for those who don't understand the level involves the arbiter pwning flood.

See Sgt. Johnson survived as descriped in First Strike. Then you thought he died in Halo 3 but instead when chief and arbi ran away he was teleported to a random planet and is slowly regenerating in a health tank.

Also he is immune to the flood thanks to throwing a whole crate of plasma grenades on paris IV if i remember correctly, which screwed up his DNA to which the flood cant mesh, known as Boren's syndrome, so he cant become infected. Also someone, cant remember who, makes a blunt commment about Bor Syn, saying that its rare because most people only have one exposure to plasma grenade radiation, meaning dying from sticky grenades.

Because Bungie gave him wings. They're also the ones who killed him.

  • 07.18.2011 10:28 PM PDT

He wasn't immune. He had a disease that caused his chemical codes(which the flood copies to take control) to change very often. so when the flood tried to infect him, it was unable and so it proceeded to find a new host.

"You have enemies? Good, that means you stood up for something."- Eminem

He escaped in a Pelican with a couple other people, read Halo: First Strike for information.

  • 07.19.2011 12:12 PM PDT
