You don't. If you take true halo2 content and put it into a CE map, I think its considered illegal. Besides, you'd never get the halo2 codes to work with the halo1 engine.
There are shortcuts, though. Guns can easily be created to simulate those of Halo2, and vehicles can be modded as well. For example, Dual Wielding exsists in halo1CE because someone figured out a way to fool the halo1 engine into thinking the player is using one gun when in fact the player is "using" two guns. The only problem is, though, that you can't pick your own DW combo. You'll have to choose preset ones.
Same with vehicles. Modded maps allow you to create a banshee that can do flips, turns, boost, etc. But the game physics are still the same as the Halo1 engine: floaty and bouncy.
In short, its possible to put halo2-imitators into a CE map. But to put true halo2 content into a map is considered illegal.
