You've got to think crazy, of course, because you only get innovation by refining insanity. - Jason Jones

When I first bought the game, I played through the campaign paying little attention to what was going on. I got the story, most of the side story, and soldiered through. Now, I'm going through on legendary, taking my sweet time, and appreciating the level of detail that is in ODST.

I've seen lighting effects, particle effects, heard things from enemy soldiers, and have just been all around impressed. Have you ever stood under one of the street lights and watched as trash flew past? Have you stood at the end of a partially lit street and watched as the Covenant went about their business, conversing, as ships fly overhead? It's really very engrossing.

I'd like to apologize, for not appreciating the game for what it was earlier. I never hated it, I never even disliked it. I've always been a fan of ODST, just not to this extent.

Winner of the 2012 Lurker of the Year award.

I'm watching you.

Every now and then I enjoy wandering through the streets listening to the music. Epic.

The music definitely sets the mood, as it usually does. It wouldn't be a Halo game without Marty's efforts.

No Bungie game would be complete without Marty's music.

The best thing to do is play at night with the volume turned up on at least heroic, ODST is so immersive! Its a shame a lot of people don't give it the respect it deserves.

I'm going through with the volume up and headphones on. None of my friends appreciate it, which is a shame.
