The first one I believe has one line of sight problem.
I would assume that each team spawns in each of the opposing buildings. It would be easy for one team just to guard the doors with dmr or sniper.
If you added some things that would block the shot it would work. for example (a box a wall or something like that)
p.s this maps reminds me of the halo 2 campaign level where after speeding down the highiway and blasting ghosts, and banshees, you pass into a tunnel where after being beast and after taking out the weak enemy, you proceed to a tube where when you come out there is a jackal with its back towards you. that is what this map reminds me of.
p.s.s also reminds me of the layout of halo 3 map assembly.
The second map would force almost everyone to use a jetpack because again, one person would grab sniper(or dmr) and camp the bride. Teleporters may be a solution, but i still think something needs to block it. it could be something on the bridge that makes the bridge look good but also keeps the other side covered.
IDK what vehicles you could use on both these maps. Prob none
overall I like them all. Pretty beast Ideas. And I hanent used sketchup so Idk what you can do besides this(like add boxs and spice out the bridge to make your maps look good)
