Hello. I'm failing to create a server for Halo Combat Evolved. According to the text at the bottom in the Halo lobby, I need to come here for support. This is where I'm at.

What I've Done so Far

I've installed Halo Dedicated server.
I've updated it to version 1.09, which I think is the latest version.
I have a static IP address.
I've forwarded ports for my router as described on portforward.com.
I've disabled all security software and my Firewall.
I've changed my ports in the Halo > Settings > Network settings menu so that I can play on my server.

My Setup

OS is Windows 7 Home Premium
Router is a THOMSON TG585v7
ISP is Be Broadband Unlimited Package

The Problem and Symtoms

I can join the server. And so can any of the computers on MY network.
People on the Internet can see the server in the lobby. It displays no ping (it displays no ping even when I look at it from one of the computers on my network).
Poeople can attempt to join it but it retries a few times and then says unable to join.

He didn't think that his ISP would be crap, as it's on dial-up.
