Is there anyy word on the creation of a "class" of a marine? I know there's the ODST's which have snipers; but I mean will there be like rocket men and medics in the game? The medics dont have to restore your health to 100% but lets say 50%. Just a question if weather or not anyone knows anything about this, I read the weekly update every week.

odsts are not snipers

they are a special squad of Troops who fall from the atmosphere in small pods.

It was said in a very early update that there will be weapon clases like sniper spotter combos like in E3, (1 spotter 1 sniper), there will be gunners (turrets), and there will most likley be rocket troops for anti-vehiclar combatAnd now snipers will actually stay a distance away from the battle on high ground if possible, like real snipers.

Orbital drop shock doesn't mean that they just fall in the pods. It means that they are quick insertion troopers, meant to go in fast and hard on stratigic targets, this means that they insert in a manner that is quickest and allows for the quickest action, meaning that they can go down in anything: pelicans, longswords, pods, ect. They don't just drop in the pods, they insert in the manner that befits the situation, so they can go to the surface in anything.
