I think that it would be awesome if you could browse your PC/MAC, pick a .jpeg or .bmp file of your choice, and upload it to a portion of bungie.net that can be accessed over XBOX Live, which would enable you to download it and place it on your Spartans Armor. The only flaw I have found is that then people would end up putting innapropriate pictures on the armor. Is this a good idea?

Yeah, good Idea be cool if you could create your own emblem with photoshop or MSpaint something like that. There is a problem with having some guy running around with some -blam!- for his emblem..... but it might be compressed so small you can't make it out.

That'd be a good way to do it, because it'd be lame to have to like choose a pre-made one in the game and then just add text or something. There for sure needs to be a way to get one up from your computer.

Yeah, this way it could be more original. Right now I'm thinking it like how you choose your avatar on this website. And there is going to be a million and 1 people with the same blasted avatar. If you could import a small image, that would be cool.

Maybe there wil be a picture/paint porgram in the game that will let you make itwhen you make a profile. Just a thought...

Ya, you should definitly be able to create an emblem and upload it from your computer to microsoft's XBL server or something, and I'm sure they would do some kind of scan. Maybe if a certain amount of pixels were the same color of bare skin, they would know it's -blam!-, and they would deny it... unless you make smurf -blam!-..

Now isn't that last sentance just begging to become someone's sig? lol

If there was an in game paint shop thing, I would hate to try to draw and/or write something with those thumbsticks. Good for Halo, but definetly not like a mouse.

Maybe it'll use simple shapes and clip art-like pics that can be combined?

Actually, I've seen an emblem creator done fairly well on a console. Tiger Woods PGA tour has one where you navigate with the stick, and press A to fill in that square. If done right, the tat's come out pretty nicely.

Well that just adds to their reputation and shows what their personality is. I have no problem with.
