But you're going to need a new MS Passport. Only way to do it.

You used to be able to delete it. That's how I ended up with my name as it is now, instead of what it was before. Of course, I didn't know it could be deleted at the time...

I hate learning things the hard way.

I'll be on my own side.

Is there any way to link a different gamertag to the same name?

Nope. Once it is link it stays that way.

Yes you can overide Linked gamertags.

There is something about trying to link a new one to your current profile and on the 2nd try it will overwrite. I am not 100% sure of this method.. worth a try.

The for sure method I know of is to make a new random .net passport and b.net login. Then link your old gamertag to that. Once that is done link your new gamertag to the current profile.

I did this on mine.

So what you're saying, is that i can make my gamertag "Nedus", and link it to "Nedus" on B.net, even though "Nedus" on b.net is linked to a different tag?

True, in the fact that you can only link one at a time. Although you can change the gamertag that's linked by simply linking your new one.

Edit: I apologise, I didn't see someone had answered that already.

I have three gamertags, and wanted the bungie.net behind each of them, so I had to create two new id's, then link them. ofcourse I screwed it up and had to fix the them, it was a pain I had to create a fourth passport account and then, well it's all above.

well in my case, i wanted to keep this Bungie login, as everyone knows me by it, and ive been here a long time.
