For Nov. 9th here are the precautions I'm taking to ensure that there will be no interuptions of gameplay.

Grades, I have to have good grades to be able to take off that day
Mini Fridge, Respectfully stocked with soda, water, and Red Bull
Chips, At least 8 different kinds so I don't have an excuse to go buy more
Car, Gotta have my car on the 8th so I can pick up Halo 2 at Blockbuster at Midnight
Door Lock, Yes I am acctually buying a new knob for my door so I don't have to put up with the constant array of crap my mom gives me to do.
XBOX, I am making sure my Halo SE XBOX is in perfect working order that day. Deleting files if I see necessary.
TV, I plan on having a 27" TV that day so no problem.

Are you ready for Halo 2? If so what precautions are you taking to make sure you have a totally uninterupted day of gameplay.

I don't need all that crap to play. I go to the store, get my game, go home, tell everyone to -blam!- off, and play all day.
Screw soda, screw redbull. Not important in my opinion.

I would make sure that you don't have any women in your life i.e. your mom, wife, or girlfriend, which you probably have one. "Nerdious clean your room." "Nerdious feed the dog." "Nerdious give me a spongebath." Nag Nag Nag

Good Question.
The toilet is approximatly 12 steps from my XBOX playing area. I believe that I can minimize the time taken to use the toilet by only jumping. Also I will have designated bathroom times.
One is one hour after I start playing Halo 2. This one is for obvious reasons.
So here is my schedule:
12:00 Pick up Halo 2
12:05 Put Halo 2 in XBOX.
12:05 Play Halo 2
1:05 Go to the restroom. This way I can avoid shatting myself from the awsomeness of Halo 2.
1:10 Play Halo 2
7:00 Bathroom
9:00 Food Break
9:10 Play Halo 2
3:00 Bathroom
3:10 Play Halo 2
4:00 Food Break
4:10 Play Halo 2 for the rest of the day.

By the way, I have a rather large collection of Airsoft guns in my room.

The first person to walk through the door, whether it be my mom or shishka himself, is gonna get blasted.
