you know what would really suck...
if that cutscene were the very end of the game

That would suck, but thankfully it's not going to be.

It may very well be! Well it won't but I can still persecute you for thinking that, even if it is a joke...but then again, I guess I am just a child.

Actually we can be pretty sure it's not going to be. I could talk about what I heard a while back about the levels and that the New Mambosa level is about the third to fifth level in the game, far from the last, but since I can't remember where I read that at (it wasn't a forum), I won't use that. Instead I'll use the demo itself. Master chief is in the middle of a mission, actually still the beginning of one. He's trying to get to the covenant ship, probably to go inside to destroy it or something, which itself will be another level, not to mention the covenent are still heavily attacking earth, so for storyline purposes that wouldn't make sence to end it with earth still being attacked. I could probably write a small book on reasons why that would never be used as the ending but I think these reasons prove my point. And feel free to keep persecuting child, because I can defend myself all day, because I too have no life.

I was referring to the guy before you, and New Mombasa is not a playable level in the game, it's a coded demo level.

How do you know it's not a playable level in the game?

Because Bungie would not reveal an entire level to it's players, it did not do it in Halo 1, why would they do it now?

I think he is going to stick one with a plasma and start spraying. After the plasma blows it will kill about 3 elites all together. He will then pick upo 2 plasma swords and be like the "yellow haired warrior."

First off no one (i hope anyway) has said that it's the entire level. It's not even 8 minutes long, it should only be part of a level. Also Bungie has stated that what they included for the E3 demo they wanted to be in the actual game. Third they've also stated (hinted) that they are including more short in engine cutscenes to help tell the story, which explains the demo; A cutscene, about 7 minutes of gameplay, then another quick cutscene, then more gameplay, the demo of course ending after the second cutscene. Based off what Bungie has said I believe they will in fact have the New Mombosa level included, and that part of it will be similar to what we saw. Of course a lot can and probably will be changed, but it will still be there. Also, bungie did show off an "entire level" before the release of Halo. If you're thinking of all the other levels and demo's they gave it was because of the evolution of the game and the switch from Mac to PC to Xbox that changed things.
