Actually, teabagging has the potential to be somewhat tactical... A lot of people get mad when someone teabags them, which gets them distracted from the game. They go for the player that teabagged them to get revenge, so if you teabag someone and figure they'll want revenge, you can use it to your advantage.
For example, if you're in a team game, you can go somewhere with a teammate after you teabagged a guy, tell your teammate to get out of sight, then when he comes for you, your teammate can easily come out and kill him while he's distracted teabagging you for revenge, if you didn't kill him first. That's one example.
I'm not saying everyone'll always be mad and want revenge, but a lot of people I've seen are like that, so it seems possible to use it to your advantage. I'm not saying I do, but, again, it seems possible it could work.
