where do u live cox cable isnt bad and either is roadrunner (but im pretty sure those are only in texas)

Im in new york and i have roadrunner, best thing to do is check your local IP provider and see if they have high speed.. then go to www.xbox.com and see if its compatible with xbox live.

try bulldog broadband, ive got it and it works with live, and its good value for money. i pay £30 a month for a 2meg D/L and 400kbs U/L, cheap considering BT which is also £30 a month ans 512 D/L and 256 U/L.

whatever you do, don't get satellite. It uses weird encryption that makes Xbox Live lag like crazy. My friend had it and decided to buy his own DSL line for the xbox.
