I'd like some sort of server set up to play Halo 2 on.
I'm not sure, but there must be a way for Halo 2 to work on 360 servers. Then again, they probably wouldn't do that unless we bought something, like a server code for Halo 2 from a store or online.
And knowing how stupid some people are they wouldn't see the point in the server charge and just end up complaining along the lines of, "Why do i have to pay a small fee to play Halo 2 online again".
Honestly, if they did something like that i'd gladly do it. BUT, the majority of the community would be on Reach, then a small population on Halo 3 and an even smaller population on Halo 2. Smaller than the number of people playing during the time period between Halo 3's release and the April 15th shutdown where the servers were loaded with loyal, nostalgic players.
So, in response to your statement. I doubt it will ever happen seeing as it would only cost them money for a small number of people to play online again.
