Actually, blacklisted is to be put onto a list so that if you screw up again, you will no longer get a warning, just immediate bannification.

The length of the banning depends on your "crime."

I am the overlord (the Bungie programmer who wrote a lot of the backend systems of bungie.net).

Blacklisting forbids you from posting anything to a "group", be it the public forums/news (the public group) or a 7th column fanclub chapter (also another group, with its own forums/news).

They are time-limited, but can also be permanent. Macaluay - that is you other account, right? that was banned until 11/9/2552. That's because you were warned by a moderator to to make up fake things like "I know the story of Halo 2", and yet you did it anyway.

Furthermore, having more than one account is against bungie.net policy. Pick one and keep it, and follow the rules.
