The thread is self-explanatory.

And yes, this is a serious question.

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

Yeeeaaaah but any serious answers? Like if you fired two Splazers at eachother would they go through eachother or would they collide or what?

Puttin' on a clinic.

Well I haven't actually tried it, but I'm guessing that they would go through each other and then kill the person on the other side.

question everything...truth has no pedigree

Serious answer:

Theoretically they should pass right through each other. At the most, there would be some interference in the overlap region (since lasers are coherent light sources, and different SpLasers presumably fire beams of the same wavelength...in other words, the beams should have a fixed phase relationship).

Granted, H3 is a game, and Bungie engineers might not care or might not even know the physics behind real lasers. I think you'd have to do a little experiment to unequivocally answer your question.

Ever seen Dragon Ball Z? Yeah, that. The person with the higher power level will force the other back and obliterate him.

believe it or not, i specialize in this stuff (this, shot rocket with sniper, etc)
What happened was the shots momentarily stop, until the shots wear off or 1 of the shooters move.
