You can and will get banned if you quit out of 300 games in a row.

I love it. Especially in Halo where it's generally 4v4 one player quitting can ruin your game as there is no joining in-progress matches.

Actually I think the ban is based on quitting a certain percent of your games is a certain amount of games.

Ex: you've quit 70 of your last 100 games = banned

This isn't the actual amount just an example of how it may work.

i`ve got -396 EXP and i haven`t been banned

i`m gonna quit 4 games just to reach -400 EXP XD
The maount of negative EXP means nothing. The aount of times you quit in a row or a certain amount of games within a certain period of time, however, does.
