I know they gave us Bungie chest on 2010 Bungie Day. I know it has already been discussed. But only one month separates us from Halo Reach.
And (as stated by Halopedia) not only Bungie employees have Bungie Chest. Here (link redirecting to Halopedia) you can read that Nathan Fillion and Pope rex have Bungie chest, despite not being Bungie employees.
So why Bungie can't you give us the Bungie chest? Come on we're your community, thanks to us you achieved world domination!!
No seriously, we deserved that for playing Halo until now! Maybe you could give us that like Recon, via activating that with a switch, so that only BNet users (and people active in Bungie site) can have that.
Plus, I know people that played Halo only on Bungie day to have Bungie chest, and then returned to CoD and games like that.
Adding the possibility to play again with Bungie chest will attract more people than now. And this is an advantage to Bungie. Plus it won't cost them nothing (they'll have only to do a "switch" on one's profile, but they did this with Recon, so they can do this with Bungie chest too).
Maybe you can toggle the "Bungie" symbol next to the gamertag, so that only REAL Bungie employee will have "Bungie" symbol next to their gamertags.
Come on Bungie, no cost for you, great fun for your fans, users and supporters!!!
EDIT:
Discussing I could have found a new way to achieve Bungie Chest. It could been given only to 45+ (but at least Brigadiers to avoid second accounters). This will ensure that only who really deserves it will have it.
EDIT 2:
Another way of giving it should be by having EACH AND EVERY achievement in Halo 3 and ODST. Like Recon, cheaters couldn't have it, and only true hard work could grant it.
