I know how to report cheaters, but who do I send an e-mail to, to report an offensive GT?

Gamertag? Like, there is a bad word in it? I think you'd have to go to XBox.com for that. They handle all the GTs.

Select the person in your recent players list and leave feedback for "Bad name"

I went to the site and couldn't find much of anything about reporting people.

Yeah, I left bad name feedback, but I'd really like to send in an e-mail, because not only did he have on offensive name, but we was an immature prick. So, I'd feel better knowing that I might have gotten him in some sort of trouble.

XBL Feedback is the recommended route for this. If you wish to follow up further the only options are calling Live at the customer service number, but I don't recommend it as it's basically the same as sending Feedback and they're pretty busy people. (And they won't tell you the outcome... any more than they'd tell someone else anything about your account. Privacy, y'know.)

-- Steve's interested in how this kind of thing will be implemented when XBL gets its upgrade to handle Gold and Silver accounts. Apparently Feedback gets a bit beefier...

TBH, i would like to see a "Bad session" feedback, there's a good session one, but the number of times someone has been really really annoying, but not screaming or stuff, not blatantly breaking the rules or stuff, just generally pissing everyone off, and it doesnt apply with the other negative feedbacks is just staggering.
